The course fee is dependent on the conditions that applied at the time of registration. All prices incl. VAT. The company holds F-tax. The course fee includes 12 weeks of training and 4 weeks to integrate. Zoom meetings biweekly to deepen your process. A private online forum to share your journey with the other participants. All participation in activities is completely voluntary.
Registration takes place through payment of all or part of the course fee. Registration is personal and is binding as soon as all or part of the course fee has been paid.
If there is more than one month left until the start of the course, the participant pays a registration fee. The registration fee is SEK 3,000 including VAT and is counted as part of the total amount. In the case of partial payment, the registration fee is included in the first payment. If it is lower than SEK 3,000 and the participant unsubscribes, the difference will be invoiced.
In accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, a private individual as a consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day when the agreement has been entered into. If the course starts within 60 days, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply and the registration fee will not be refunded, which you approved with your registration.
Registration is binding and applies to the entire education so regardless of whether you pay on one or more occasions, you undertake to pay for the entire education. Unsubscribe that takes place less than 60 days before the start of the course means that the payment made is not refunded. Unsubscribe that takes place 30 days before the start of the course entails a payment obligation corresponding to the entire course fee. By making your first payment, you accept our cancellation policy.
Dropouts during the current course entail an obligation to pay corresponding to the entire course fee.
If you are forced to give up due to your or a close family member's illness and want the course fee refunded at that time, this is not possible. Contact Sandra to see if it is possible to participate in the next program start instead.
It is always the participant or the party who made the payment who has the financial commitment to Ny riktning regarding registration and course fees. The course fee is paid according to the payment plan chosen by the participant. If the payments are not made on time, Ny riktning is entitled to charge a reminder fee of SEK 200 and a default interest of 8.5%.
Ny riktning reserves the right to change or move course starts to another date, in the event of a course leader's illness, too few registered course participants or for other reasons such as force majeure. Ny riktning is not responsible for any costs that may have arisen in connection with a changed or moved course opportunity, this includes, among other things, cancellation costs for travel. If a change or canceled course opportunity occurs due to for few registered participants, this must be notified to the participant via email no later than one week before the originally confirmed course opportunity, after which fees will be refunded without deduction. The bonus that the participant may have received will be withdrawn by Ny riktning in the event of such a refund. Ny riktning reserves the right to make temporary or permanent changes and adjustments to the content and structure within the framework of Ny riktning's goals and purpose of the courses.
Ny riktning is not responsible for damage due to law enforcement, government action, war event, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade, defects in supplier and subcontractor, severe weather, accident, burglary, theft, surprising machine damage, unusual malfunctions or other circumstances outside Ny riktning's control. Ny riktning is in no way responsible for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, loss of production or third party damage. Nor is Ny riktning obliged to compensate in other cases for damage that arises if Ny riktning has been normal and reasonably prudent. The participant participates in activities arranged by Ny riktning at their own risk, which means that Ny riktning does not take any responsibility for any injuries and / or health problems that the participant may suffer during and / or after the course. Likewise, Ny riktning is not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of income or other such losses. However, the participant undertakes to notify the course coordinator of any health problems / circumstances that may be relevant to the activity in question. In the event that the course coordinator recommends that the participant interrupts the activity for health reasons (or adapts it according to instructions), the participant undertakes to follow the recommendation. New direction is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings that are brought to the course.
Upon approval of the Ny riktning's general terms and conditions, the course participant also agrees that the Ny riktning processes the course participant's data in the Ny riktning's computer system in accordance with the Personal Data Act PUL. The information is processed by Ny riktning with the intention of being able to fulfill commitments to the course participant in the best possible way regarding follow-ups, information and offers via post or email. Course participants have the right to see what information is registered about the course participant and if they are incorrect or incomplete, request that the information be changed or deleted. Requests for changes or deletions are sent to the course participant via email to intimitetscoach@gmail.com.
